Scott Puthoff / Sunday, March 31, 2019 / Categories: CFAM Parish Visitors Parish Visitors seek to maintain a warm, loving connection with those members who are no longer able to make it to church on a regular basis. They make monthly visits and weekly phone calls to homebound members to bring “the light touch of Christian friendship” and to assure them of God’s love and the congregation’s on-going concern for their well-being. Parish Visitors typically bring copies of GSLC publications, like "Our Life Together" or "The Shepherd's Horn" on their visits. Parish Visitors can also provide communion when requested, and share scripture readings or prayers as appropriate. Would you or someone you know benefit from having a Parish Visitor visit on a regular basis? If so, please contact Pastor Pat at (513) 891-1700 (x111) or Sandi Wearne at (513) 231-3469. You can also contact either Pastor Pat or Sandi if you'd like to become a part of this ministry. “Bear one another’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” - Galatians 6:2 Previous Article Just-In-Case Registry Next Article Transportation Team Print 233 Rate this article: No rating Please login or register to post comments.
